i really hate people who think they are the queen and wanted people to serve them,it stupid and it lame too...stupid thing lol...i face this customer who wanted people to do it her way,HELLO WE GOT PEOPLE SICK,I DUN CARE U ARE CEO OR WHATEVER DUN EVER LET ME SERVE U....BITCH

ah lian say me,we are doing customer service so that why we have to do a good service,sigh!!no choice,i in this line lol....

anyway was qyite upset but forget it,XXX ask me not to be angry coz the customer might be ever angry lol....SO WHY SHOULD I BOTHER OVER IT?
