i told andrea that i going to take about service and here i am writing about it,i not write about our service but about the custmor that force us to give them that KIND of service....some time customer tend to ask us question and queston juz to clear their thought....when we tell them clearly they then to ask again and again...they sure noe what isit about lol some tend to demand ever better service,sometime we think it good that customer can remember us...when is up to us to remember them again...and that is when the bad things came..i once have a customer who came back to exchange thing 3 times..and she will alway ask silly question and then she will only want me to serve her..and that the bad thing... sianz.....maybe working in the neigherhooh area...u have to face this kind of thing lol... i going to change my work place again..sianz... will miss all my tong si...will love estee more too....estee u are on my blog already..ffeel happy coz everyone noe who are u already...hahahha...... kewei gathering is caming soon... for those who want to go,drop me a mail regard, happy reading |
